Customer Consent and Preferences Management
In accordance with regulations, all businesses are required to obtain permission from their customers to send electronic communications (SMS, email) or make calls (voice calls) for advertising or campaign purposes. Consumers can grant this permission directly to the business or through the Message Management System (İYS) portal and mobile platform. Based on this information, businesses can contact their customers through the permitted channels.
For businesses with 250,000 or more active customer permissions, there is a right to synchronize and reconcile permission information directly with IYS platform without an intermediary firm. OBASE has prepared a solution for businesses with this right that enables two-way data synchronization with IYS platform. The solution can operate natively on the business's On-Premise platform. Along with this solution, components such as the User Interface, Synchronization Service, and Scheduler Service are provided.
